Purchasing AP for DD11

Hi all, I have never purchased an annual pass before and I have a couple of questions.

1. I am purchasing the PAP for DD11 for our April trip. The rest of us are going to have PHwWPM, but DD is going to WDW again in May with her dad so we are splitting the cost of her ticket. When I am putting in the info to purchase the pass, do I check off "Will Call?" I was hoping to get the number and be able to use it to make FP+.

2. When I select "will call," it asks who is going to pick up the PAP? Do I put DD's name since it is her ticket, although she is a minor and doesn't have an ID (besides her passport which I didn't want to bring).

3. Will I get anything in the mail after, or do I have to do anything else once I submit the order?

1. You will get a voucher number that can be linked in MDE so you will be able to make FP+ before arrival

2. IIRC, you will need to show the credit card used for purchase & a matching photo ID along with the printed copy of the confirmation/voucher (so they can scan the barcode). Obviously since she's a minor she wont have but the adult traveling with her will.

3. Nope, nothing else to do except link the voucher number to MDE. I wouldn't expect anything in the mail in terms of confirmations/hard copy receipts.

You can use the will-call number to link the pass to your DD in your MDE. Then you can make the FP+ reservations for her at the same time you make your own. I did this when I purchased DVC APs for my DH & me. (I'm not sure how FP+ will work when she goes with her Dad. You may have to have him "invite" you to plan with him so that he can make FP+ reservations for her for thie trip in May).

I really don't think it will matter, but would put her name on it, too - in case the system automatically tries to assign it to someone in your MDE account. You'll have to go to Guest Relations to get her AP activated and GR will want to see a photo ID for you and your membership card. I didn't have to show a cc or the email confirmation, but had them handy just in case. Bring your DD with you to GR. Minors do not have to show photo IDs and the pass will be for her, but you, the member will have to be there for pick up.

You should get an email with the will call number, but write down the ticket number/will call number that you get when you buy the pass, just in case.
 
They will issue a plastic card, and may want her to sign it. We had to sign for our minors PAP upgrade last summer...they were both just seven years old. We had to print their name on the back right in front of guest relations.
 

I usually do will call but when I bought my AP last month I noticed that there was not a charge to mail it, so I had it mailed. I was logged onto my MDE account so it automatically linked the number.
