Purchases ship to resort

If I have a photo of the purchase claim tag, can I use that to collect something that was shipped to the resort? Or do I need the original receipt/green sheet of paper?

It's been a couple of years since I went to get a package, but I think all I had to do is tell them my name and sign a sheet. I don't think I needed the receipt at all.

They do prefer that you have the green sheet,but it is not mandatory.
