Purchased ADD online - how do we get wristbands at SW?

I just purchased ADD (online) for our SW day. Has anyone else purchased ADD online that can explain how we get our wristbands at the park? The website says to bring our e-ticket voucher to the Information Counter, but I did not receive an e-ticket. We got our confirmation e-mail, but there is not an option to print e-tickets. All it gave me was a confirmation # for the dining (I did print our park tickets and parking vouchers). Is there something else that I need to do?
