Puppy update!

These are the first pictures I'm posting since we got Skippy on April 12 for Richard's birthday. I'm amazed at how much he's grown! Here he is as the adorable puppy I couldn't resist on April 29...

And here's the recent one taken June 21 of Richard, Max, and Skippy. I was hoping the floppy ears would stay like the Lab in him. But it looks like he'll have the Boxer ears!

Sandy all 3 are such cuties. Skippy still doesn't look real. He looks like a stuffed animal. He and Boo would have so much fun together. Richard looks like they're both his bestest friends.

Thanks, Shannon! I'm sure Skippy and Boo would have tons of fun. Boo is looking adorable in your siggy! Richard is still warming up to the puppy. But he now loves Maxi to bits! That wasn't the case prior to the puppy's arrival. LOL!

Renting a house, unfortunately, and can only get one of those little ankle biters I want a lab or retriever, husky, shepherd, something along those lines. I've wanted my own dog since... forever. I have a kitten now, but she needs a friend

Aha! Renting will kill the owning a large dog thing. As a kid, we had a Toy Fox Terrier...tiny 6 pound dog. Now I have a Flat-Coated Retriever (Max) and the puppy (Skippy) is a Lab/Boxer mix. Can't wait to see how big he gets! Bigger than I anticipated I think.
