Carving!

That's what I'm doing today!
I love carving pumpkins, it's my favorite part of Halloween.
I always use those patterns off the interenet. This year I'm doing Maleficent!
I also love digging through all the goop inside pumpkins I think it's so much fun, and it feels so...goopy and gross.
I think they look so cool after they are done and have a candle in them.
So do you like carving pumpkins?

Lucky! We don't carve pumpkins, only paint faces on them.
We *use* to carve them though...I think we lost skill. D:

We do ours the night before Halloween.
I have no idea what ours will be this year, I don't really care, I just enjoy taking the guts out xD
I also like the pumpkin seeds (obviously after they've been washed, cooked and salted.)

I can't carve a pumpkin to save my life. and I am afraid of the seedy stuff inside of it. I like to draw faces on pumpkins though, I always draw a cat.

The other night me and my brother/sisters were carving pumpkins, and I carved a Jack Skelington, and I must say it wasn't as crappy as I thought it would be...alas, his face is like shriveling in and I had to stick a toothpick between the bottom and top of his mouth so he won't collapse in on himself.

We get a few little pumpkins and don't carve them and then we have one big pumpkin that we do carve. And then bake pumpkin seeds and eat them. We always set the pumpkins outside all over the place on Halloween. We are carving tonight.
