Please, no way!! Their beignets are only passable as is if you are used to the real deal at Cafe du Monde in NOLA. I can't imagine adding pumpkin spices to the mix. I'll take muffins made with 'real' pumpkin though!!

Not saying they're not good in their own right - just saying calling them beignets is stretching it. JMO, as I do love our original Cafe du Monde beignets - unadorned, except for powdered sugar!
