Pumpkin Bread Recipe Please!!!!

HI all I can't find the last one used and naturally it came out great and now can't find it and am asking for a bit of help.

Please share your recipe , I thank you my family thanks you and my Gym will appreciate the extra time I will be spending in there after the holiday! :cool1:
 
Pumpkin Bread

4 eggs, well beaten
3 c sugar
1½ tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c oil
2/3 c water
3 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 c pumpkin
3 coffee cans (11 – 12 oz size)

Grease coffee cans & preheat oven to 350. Mix eggs, sugar, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and oil. Add water, baking soda and flour. Mix well and then add the pumpkin. Stir gently until well mixed.

Fill coffee cans about 2/3 full – make sure they are equally full. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Cool 15 min before removing from cans.

NOTE: A hand mixer may be used when adding flour, but it is recommended to hand mix remaining ingredients.
 
I just made this yesterday! You can sub dried cranberries for the chocolae chips, or leave them and the walnuts out, if you want a more plain one. I used a 9 inch loaf pan

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 350º.

2. Stir together first four dry ingredients (flour-baking soda). Mix pumpkin, oil, eggs, milk and spices together, then combine with the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Add walnuts and chocolate chips.

3. Pour into a well-buttered loaf pan. Bake 50-60 minutes. Turn out of pan and cool on wire rack.
