Pumba, I tried your stuffed sausage a couple weeks ago when you posted it and it was soooooo good, but let me tell you what I did with it tonight. Instead of stuffing the sausage with just the shredded cheese, I mixed up the ricotta cheese mixture that I use with my lasagna and put that in the sausage, rolled the lasagna noodle around that ppoured the sauce over and covered the top with the motzerella(sp) cheese. It was very good.
