My mother-in-law got me a new staineless crockpot (which I love) and it seems to cook a bit "hotter" than my old one. Anyway, unfortunately, I cooked a crockpot full of boneless bbq ribs and they turned out dry.. not burnt, but definitely dry. :sad2: Can I salvage them by making pulled pork sandwiches? I've never done pulled pork. Should I just add bbq sauce to the meat and simmer it on the stovetop? I can't imagine adding bbq sauce and cooking them again in the crockpot??? Believe it or not.. I CAN cook! :rotfl2: I just don't want to toss a entire crockpot full of nice ribs. Thanks!!!!

Yep! Thats the way to do it. Many times we will have pork roast for dinner, then I will make bbq with the leftovers! I just mix in the bbq sauce and heat until warm. Enjoy!

Another use- make Cuban Sandwiches if you have left over- You do mustard on a cuban roll(just a crusty outside soft inside roll- I use portuguese ones)
slice of virginia ham, slice of swiss, DILL PICKLE, Pork

Assemble sandwich and place in a hot pan with a little oil. PRESS DOWN ON THE SANDWICH with a cast iron pan or do them in a panini. flip press again.

MMMMM>
good luck
