My mother-in-law got me a new staineless crockpot (which I love) and it seems to cook a bit "hotter" than my old one. Anyway, unfortunately, I cooked a crockpot full of boneless bbq ribs and they turned out dry.. not burnt, but definitely dry.
Can I salvage them by making pulled pork sandwiches? I've never done pulled pork. Should I just add bbq sauce to the meat and simmer it on the stovetop? I can't imagine adding bbq sauce and cooking them again in the crockpot??? Believe it or not.. I CAN cook!
I just don't want to toss a entire crockpot full of nice ribs. Thanks!!!!
