Publix grocery...does anyone know?

Can I place my order with Publix and have them have my stuff ready for pick up on a certain date between certain times, instead of rummaging through a grocery store I am unfamiliar with to try to beat the 30min free grocery stop clock from the airport transfer service?

Oh, how nice that would be for us all.

You can fax your grocery order to some grocery stores with the date and approximate time that you'll be picking it up, and they'll have it ready for you. I'm not sure if Publix is one of those stores or not - does anyone know?

I don't know, but we have never had a problem finding what we needed within our 30 minute alottment.

By the way, the subs that they have in the deli are excellent. We bought one to eat before we began to un pack and DH kept saying that he wanted another. They had a seseame bun that was incredible.

Do you know which Publix? There are quite a few within a short distance of WDW! I worked P-T @ a Publix here in Georgia and can tell you that our store would say 'yes' to special requests whenever possible. I think it depends on the store, but it's always worth a try! Check out their web-site www.publix.com and you can probably get a definite answer via email.

We'll be down at Pop Century 1/24 too! Only staying until the 28th this time though. Can't wait either!

There is a Publix around the corner from Disney-I think it was on 192 near Old Town........we were just there last week and finding everything wasn't hard. They have really nice styrofoam coolers with a handle and everything. I think that I read something about them getting your order ready ahead of time....definitely check their website.
