Hello, I am thinking about getting a 1/4 sheet dinosaur birthday cake for my son from Publix. Is one week enough notice? I would have ordered it earlier but I got caught up planning other things for our trip instead of this. Also, have you tried any of the fillings? I am somewhat interested in the cannoli or vanilla custard.

Yes, one week is more than enough. Most of the specialty cakes require at least 48 hours, :hourglass but if they are hit with a lot of orders on that day specialty cakes may require longer. So I wouldn't hesitate and you should call in that order in ASAP. I hope your son has a very happy birthday. :cake: BTW, I never had a bad cake from Publix and had the filled ones before but not cannoli or custard so I can give you an opinion for those 2. Also, you find out in time that if the Publix you ordering from carries that cake pattern. I have found that some Publix locations do not carry some the patterns you see on-line.
