Hi,
We have WDW down pat, but will be visiting DLP next Easter Sunday, and staying off site. If the published opening is 10 am, is that rope drop at DLP (same as WDW), or like WDW did years back, do they sometimes let you in the park early? Assuming they don't let you in early, can you access the "Main Street" area before 10 am rope drop?

Also, would any experts know if there's any trouble getting the train out of Paris to DLP on Easter morning. I'm thinking they might have a reduced train schedule on the Holiday.

Thanks!

I expect they won't let you in until 10am. As the park is open from 8am for guest of the disney hotels, so it is actually open, just only to certain people (and only Fantasyland and discoveryland) but as I've only ever stayed onsite I could be wrong.

In the main park, you will get into the park, and onto the Main St area, around 9.30 (sometimes even before that). Some of the shops and cafes are open on Main St when they start letting people through the turnstiles. Unless you are staying onsite (or have a Dream Annual Pass), you won't get access to any of the "lands" - they are roped off until 10am.

In the Studios, its the same kind of thing - they may let you through into the front lot/Studio 1 from the turnstiles before 10am, but you can't do any rides before 10am.

I have read of people being able to queue up for rides in the Studios before 10am though, so they must have got through both the front lot and Studio 1 before 10am to be able to do that.

You shouldnt have too much trouble with trains as they are about every 10 mins anyhow so even if the service is reduced there shoudl still be plenty.
We went into Paris from DLP on Good Friday this year and had no problem getting a train there or back
