"Public Urination" (sorry, but it's long!)

I was going through the drive through at Burger King today with my sister when we saw a guy who we assumed was an employee peeing in front of us! He was standing a few feet from the speaker, like between the speaker and the back of the building, with his back to our car. I was shocked to say the least!! I layed on the horn and my sister yelled ****** at him. He quickly moved about 10 feet away so we couldn't see him as well and FINISHED! He was now in plain view of the entire parking lot. My sister (the mouth!!) yelled at the girl taking the order that one of their employees was out here peeing on the building! The manager came running out the back door and chased the guy away. Turns out he works for Taco Bell, not Burger King. Anyways, the BK manager went over to TB and talked to that manager. The guy said he wasn't at BK, but the BK manager knew it was him, she wasn't mistaken as he was the only black guy working then and he even had the drive through head set on the whole time! The TB manager wasn't too concerned and just said that they will have a talk with him about it. My sister gets a cop that she sees in the shopping center and tells him what he did. He went to TB and took the guy outside. He then had me and my sister decide if we wanted to press charges against him. Said it is up to us as we are considered victims. He would face a $1000 fine, jail time, and permanent record for lewd and lecivious (sp?) expossure of sexual organs!
I know that in the neighboring county (literally across the street) the charge is public urination with a $100 fine.
We decided not to press charges. If our kids had been with us we would have.
What a moron!!

Have you seen the film "Big Daddy?" Adam Sandler teaches
a little boy to pee in public, on the street, in the park, in an
alley. It's a common theme in the film. I had to caution DS
that this was NOT appropriate behavior and that the characters
were not REALLY doing it.

Sorry you were subjected to this strange behavior. Could there
be a story behind it? I mean, the employee of one FF restaurant
comes over and pees on the other one. Seems like some sort
of grudge match.

EW!! And outside, there's no place to wash your hands when you are done! The thought of him handling food is very disturbing!

Public urination is dominated by men, why is that? Do they thinkits a macho thing? I don't think women would ever do that- even if they could unzip just as easily as men!

I'm just glad he was peeing on the BK's wall rather than in my taco. Honestly, that's the bottom line for me--- no bodily fluids in my fast food!

Wow. I'm laughing at myself (and my sister) for being SOOOO TICKED OFF earlier!!! He was just such a MORON! And he ran right back in the front door and around the counter without a hand wash!
No matter how bad I have to go I wouldn't just drop my pants and squat in someones grass!!
I really don't care as long as it's in the woods or something!
