Pts are rented now a few questions (VWL)

Hello all, thanks in advance for your help..I have rented my Sept points and now I would like to know the following;

1) Will I get a discount on my UPH? If so how much?

2) What standard room should I select at VWL that would be closest to the Boat Launch/Bus Stop?

3) What is the daily fee for valet parking?

4) How does Mousekeeping work and how much is it for extra service..

If you are a DVC member, you are entitled to a discount on the UPH. As a renter you are not entitled to the discount. Only guests of the member where there was no cash/barter transaction for the reservation are eligible for the discount. But you might get it.

None of the rooms are close to the Boat Launch and all of the rooms are close to the bus stop. VWL is closer to the bus stop than the WL rooms. If you have any room requests, the member will have to make them for you. You are able to put up to two requests on your reservation. I.E., non-smoking, woods view, non-handicapped, water/pool view, etc.

Valet parking is $6/day, plus a tip each time you pickup/drop off.

You get trash and towels on day 4 for stays less than 8 days. For 8 days, you get full cleaning on day 4 and trash and towels on day 8, then it repeats. We never bother with extra cleaning because we find it a better stay not to have anyone coming in and bothering us on the other days.

Just show your room key with "DVC member" on it and it's free, not $6. It makes no difference if you are the member or guest of the member.

Parking is free for DVC members at BWV, VWL and BCV only. At all other WDW resorts the charge is $6 per day for everyone except those with accessibility needs.

Additional Housekeeping service is available for $25 (Studio), $30 (1BR), $40 (2BR) and $60 (GV). Extra Trash/Towel service is $10. These rates are charged only for extra service. A Trash/Towel service is included on day 4 for all stays less than 8 nights.
