We have music for any wind instruments. I'd be happy to send you both alto sax AND clarinet music. My biggest thing is that I'd like to see it go to a good home without it costing ME anything to get it there. By offering to give it way to nice people who would pay the shipping that saves us (in the long run) having seek out places to donate it to and having to store it. We need to get everything out of that apartment so that the contractor can start making it into a nice new apartment that someone wants to pay a lot of money to rent. We can't do that until everything is out of it!

Thanks! It's actually the owner's unit of a 4-plex and just looks like a house, but we took over the second unit on the ground floor, put a door in between the two and now have a five bedroom two kitchen, two living room/dining room place full of Disney stuff!

Not sure if you noticed our cute little Siamese, Mac on the right in the first picture, and our "garden" is behind the fence on the right. I have been reaping quite the benefits of the tomato plants!

It's an Auburn Boattail Speedster.

It's a replicar, made in 2004, but modeled after a 1936 model.

That is one hot car!!! Enjoy it...you both certainly deserve it! Looks like a fun toy to me! My father would go nuts...he loves all kinds of cars, it's what he's into. Not very into sports, except he likes the Yankees and watches the games with my mom, but he does love cars...and motorcycles too. I will have to show him the pic!!!

The car isn't bad either. My DH was walking by as I was looking at the first photo of the Auburn and he almost fell over his feet stopping. He has restored classic cars and just about took over the computer to get a good look at your new baby. Wow, wow, was what he kept repeating. Beautiful car, love the detail work. You both are going to really get heads turning when you pull up in that. What fun you will have touring California. Great investment, congratulations!

PS: He ask me to ask if you would please take a picture under the hood. Don't know if you have time, if you don't no biggie. He loves him a classic!

Thank you! Once we get some insurance for it we'll take it out for a spin. We are planning on going to a car club outing at the end of September and taking it with us. I will have to pack light as there isn't much space!

I'm glad he could appreciate it. Fran is looking for some of the under the hood pictures on the dealer's website. It has a 2004 Corvette engine, if that helps any. Mac always comes out to see what the excitement is about!

Hey, since your DH did restoration, does he know anyone in the LA/OC area he could recommend. We have a 70 Cougar, a 73 Cougar and a 63 Lincoln that used to be taken care of by a friend of ours who passed away last Fall, so now we don't have a mechanic to take care of our classic cars. He did the interior/exterior of the Lincoln, and the completely remodeled the 70 Cougar. The Lincoln needs some transmission work and we don't know who to go to.

You all know about her leg and the problems that it has been giving us. We have about 10 days to make up our minds about going or not. I talked to her today and she asked "How bad do you want to go to THIS F&W?"

Well I want to go pretty bad, but if you've heard me hmmm and haw on the other threads, I don't want to make her go when she's miserable. She agreed that we could go in January/Feb. We can still use our same airfare without penalty and I checked and have already reserved four nights at the AKV and the next four nights are available at the WL and BLT with a MK view!

The problem is that I have to cancel my October trip to have enough points to book. Besides, I need to use my banked BCV and VWL points towards this trip anyways since I can't bank them any further. I need all the BCV points that I can bank into 2013 for our gamers meet so that both PIO (and her family) and Fran and I can stay at BCV.

That means that the cruise would be our next trip. I have errands to run so I'm not going to cancel anything just yet, but probably by tomorrow I will have a whole new trip in the works, yet again.

At least I have almost finished the first installment of my Cruise PTR!
