A few months back there was a thread asking about PT Cruisers on the EA of National. We just returned from Disney and rented one from Dollar. They just dropped the rate to $30/day. I don't think you can reserve one ahead of time, they aren't listed on the website. I just mentioned that I had been looking into renting one from National and she told me they have them too. We own one but it's my husband's car and I don't know how to drive a standard, so I rented it for myself. It's a fun car to drive. It will hold a lot too, we took it on a road trip this summer with 2 kids/2 strollers/ lots of stuff.
