Alright, I know I am late for making some Ps's, but I just decided to add MYWS after reading some of the great values and after they added a bunch of new participants!
I am trying to get a Ps for Le Cellier on 6/12. The CMs have suggested splitting our party of 5 (me, DH, DS9, DS7, DD5) into 2 tables. IF I make the PS is there a probability of getting into 1 table or slim chance?
I really do not want to eat with 1/2 of my family! Any one have experience with this?

Also, just wanted to know...If you make a PS and you are late, do they still honor it or are you just out of Luck. I intend on making it to all of my PS on time, just curious. You never know what can happen with 3 kids!
Thanks!

I would also like to know this answer. I have the same issue with the FDP. I can not get a table with my whole family (DH, ME, and 4 kids). I was told my 1 CM to show up together and they would seat us together and two others said NO we would not be able to be seated together. I keep calling back waiting for later times to open up.

We're a family of 5 also and quite a few times over the years our PS has been split. We have actually always been seated at one table with one exception. That was at San Angel and for all prctical purposes it was one table anyway. We had two tables next to each other along the banquette wall. As I recall, we just pushed the tables together with the help of the hostess.

At Le Cellier I would say your chances of being seated together are very good.

When our kids were younger, cm used to say..I can book two tables. We say, yeah whatever, go ahead. We never had to eat at two tables.

wright1baby,

I just wanted to agree with all of the previous posters, we went 2 weeks ago and had most of our PS's as 2 tables for our group of 7, never once happened! We always tried to arrive 10-15 minutes early and always made sure to ask for one table, sometimes they were just 2 pushed together, it was never a problem. I agree, who wants to eat with just half of the family. Kinda defeats the purpose of a family vacation! Hope you made out good today.

I called today and the CM offered me SEVERAL different times for a PS. I took a 7:40 and he said they would just push 2 tables together. Why wouldn't the 2 other CMs that I spoke to know they could do this?? Seems pretty simple?!?

We added my MIL at the last minute and had to adjust all my ps's- most ended up being two separate ps's at two separate tables- when checking in at the restaraunts i said that we had the 2 but wouldl like to be seated together and we were at all with no problem- i was really worried about being separated but it never happened and all of mine were split.

Not sure how late after your PS time but there is a chance your PS will be discarded. I have heard of it. But it is Disney and they do not want you to have a negative experience. They would honor it while trying to be fair to the other PS guests.

Just don't be late! :)

just to clarify: the CM that said they would just push 2 tables together is WRONG. What s/he should have told you is that when you arrive, you can let the Host/ess know that you were booked on 2 tables due to your party size. If it's available, they will try to seat you at one table, or 2 close by. In general they will not push 2 tables together because this would disrupt the flow of the restraunt and floor patter. Very important for the safty of the servers.

As for holding a res if you don't show up on time... Most will still honor the seating if you arrive within 15-20 mins of your seating time. Understand that you may have to wait though.

Sorry to be the bearer of the bad news (first part) But the restraunt/hostess will try to accomodate you if possible. The CM's can't guarntee anything.
