psp help with text

can anyone please tell me how to bend / manipulate text in psp I am going a bit crazy here someone told me to use arc but I can not seem to find that .... I add the text as a vector and cant seem to get it to do anyting I add it as floating and still nothing going a bit crazy at this point ....
