My first car was a convertible. Well, removable top. It took a way long time to take it off and put it back on. Plus, I coudln't do it alone. So when I was expecting the weather to be nice, I just kept it off. But there would be some days that were cooler than others, and I would have the top off, windows up, and heater on. Not cool I know.

Not a punishable offense, especially in your circumstance.;) I just saw someone earlier today driving the cutest little new sports car with the top down and windows up and I was thinking how that just killed the look! What's even worse is when the front windows are down, but the back ones are up.

I'm just bored, trying to find someone to talk to....:flower3:

If its a cute sports car, not cool. Mine was more like a jeep. Those are hard to keep taking on and off. But if its automatic, put the top up when its cold.

How about cool day, top down....and heater on full blast? :goodvibes

Several years ago when DH and I went to Florida for vacation, at the car rental they said we could upgrade to a convertible (bright red no less) for only $10 more per day, so we jumped at the chance to have a cool car for the week.

The sun was shining but it was cold for Florida, but we just HAD to put that top down and enjoy it so we turned the heater on. :)

We didn't have the windows up though. :goodvibes

THANK you. That has always driven me insane. Back when I had a convertible, if the top was down, the windows were down. End of story. Otherwise, it's just a glorified sunroof.

Hey, I am guilty of that, but when its cold and a nice day, even the heat blasting and the seat heaters on can't make up for the added warmth of the windows up. Its getting a bit more summer when fall has definitely set in or rushing spring at the end of winter.
