We bought tickets from Ares for the park, and had to reschedule our trip. Apparently if you don't pick up within a week of the original date, your tickets get purged from the database at DL. So if you need to change dates, call your travel agent and/or Disney.
I had thought that they would just be waiting for me for our later arrival date, but it turned into a bit of a mess. Ares was very helpful (the CM I had stuck it on Ares, though I think it probably was more DL's responsibility to find them).
They gave me one day passes and a couple of those "we screwed up" fastpasses, and told me to come back the next day after getting Ares to fix it.
I did get the 3 day hoppers the next day, so it all worked out in the end.
FYI, the special fastpasses are not good for World of Color or Star Tours. I can see the WOC, though the Star Tours thing makes less sense considering those FP's don't get handed out all that often.
