PSA: Not all tipped positions get paid below minimum wage

I hate tipping. If it were truly based on service, the guidelines would not be 20% or whatever it currently is, but a set dollar amount.

No, not the forum! I'm actually headed to vegas in a couple of weeks, so I have been going over there. I meant the subject. I think no matter where you bring that subject up around here you are going to get a heated debate.
