PS5 vs Newest version for Digital scrappin

I currently work with PS5 for my digital scrapbooking but need to buy one for my new computer. I cannot find the version 5 now that the newest(7 i think) is there. Is there a huge difference with it? Will i be able to work with the newest one without indept knowledge?

If you are referring to Photoshop Elements, I had been using PSE 4. I upgraded to PSE 7. I felt like a fish out of water for a while but in no time I was up and running. I have barely scratched the surface as 7 does so much more then 4. Every day I learn something new. 7 comes with video tutorials so it makes it really easy. Plus, you can find all sorts of tutorials on line. Refer to the PSE 6 tutorials. I say go for it. Just make sure your new computer has all the requirements.

I switched from v5 to v7 with a new computer, no huge differences so far. I've found a few things that seem to be a little more trouble but haven't looked for a place to change settings.
