Ps ?

I just tried to make a PS but hung up after being on hold for 16 minutes. Is this normal, to be on hold for so long? Do I just have to tough it out and wait, or is there a better time to call?

I haven't made a lot of PS's, but I don't think I've ever been put on hold for more than a minute or two. Sometimes I've talked to a CM right away.

They've instituted a new system, and I don't know if they are just understaffed. It takes me a long time, too.

It took a long time the last time I called. I usually call from work so I can use the speaker phone, that way I can keep working while on hold.
