PS to get into MVMCP early

I tryed to get LTT when I booked my tickets, but the earliest I could get was 6.55.
I didn't bother because this is far too late. I was looking to book for around 5 - 5.30.
I would like to make ps at another restaurant for around the same time, but I don't want to use a day on my hopper passes just to go in that little bit early.
Would I be allowed in if I showed the CM my MVMCP pass, and the PS number for whichever restaurant, or would they ask for my hopper ticket ?

If I can't go to another restaurant, when would be the best time to call and ask if there are any cancellations for LTT on the 5th?

I've just read on the other boards that they're not taking PS between 6 and 7

I was able to change our PS for 12/17 just last Friday from a 6:20 time slot to 5:35. You never know when something might be available. Keep trying and good luck!
