Well, since WDW Dining has decided to do a major rehab of China's Nine Dragons restaurant for most of 2008, this PS Spotlight of Bistro is still on the home page of my site. Will have to come up with another one besides Nine Dragons (which was supposed to be this month's Spotlight) for you soon!
