We are a family of 4 (3 adults - 1 child) and this is our first time staying on-site. Below is a list of our PS for our 8 day stay -- what do all you experienced Dis-ers think of this? Too aggressive? We tried to plan one sit-down meal per day and figure we will eat b'fast in room or wing it during the day as long as we know we have one good meal scheduled.

Day 1: Night of arrival - 7:30 PS for California Grill (our plane gets in before noon on this day, but I didn't want to chance making a PS for lunch in case we are delayed).

Day 2: 6:40 pm PS 1900 Park Fare Character Dinner

Day 3: 8:50 am PS Princess Storybook B'fast

Day 4: 4:00 pm PS Brown Derby (with seating for Fantasmic)

Day 5: 6:30 pm PS Yachtman's Steakhouse (promise to DH
:teeth: )

Day 6: 1:30 pm PS Sci-Fi Drive in and Luau at Polynesian in the evening

Day 7: Noon PS at Liberty Tree Tavern

Day 8: 8:30 am PS Goofy's Beach Bash

I left dinner for day 8 open so we can go back to a favorite or book a place we discover while we are there. I've ruled out Chef Mickey's because -- although it seems like a very good experience for some here -- we lean to more quiet meals. But once we are on site DH could surprise me and want to try it.

We fly out early on Day 9 so there is no time for anything on day we are flying home.

I don't think that is too aggressive - looks pretty good to me!

I would make a PS for the night on Day 3 though. The breakfast will be early enough that you will want a decent meal around dinner time (JMHO). I would try for Le Cellier (most likely dh would love it!) if you are staying in Epcot, or maybe try Rose and Crown to see if you can manage an Illumination view.

The other thing is that I have not read many good reviews of the Luau at the Poly. I would try to switch this one. I know you said not the louder meals, but I would either go with Ohana if I wanted to eat at the Poly, or Boma at AKL for buffet or Citricos for a quiet dinner.
