How hard is it to make PS for 8 people?

Not hard at all. Be aware most restaurants will add a 15% gratuity fee for groups of 8 or more (some go as low as 6). That's fine with me since I usually tip at 20%. :)

Depends on the restaurant. Some places like Garden Grille at Epcot might say they'll have to split the group. But in most cases, they should be able to put tables together to accommodate 8.

I think the PS system has a problem only with odd-numbered groups. When I tried to do 3, the CM said the system kinda "choked", so we did 4 and when we arrived told them 1 was not coming.

LOL that CM makes me laugh. There are no seatings for "three" they have to be made at a table for 4...but when in the box that says how many you put 3....its not all that hard!! especially when above the table it says "2top-1-2 people, 4top- 3-4 people etc."

We had no trouble making PSs for seven. At some places we were told that we would have to sit at two tables, but we only ended up having to do that at CRT (and we were at 2 tables right next to each other with bench seating on one side, so it really didn't seem like 2 separate tables ).
