I want to book chef Mickeys and the fantasmic dinner package, can this be done at 190 in advance as staying on disney property or is it just 60days?

It can be booked at 180 days from the start of your trip for 10 days of your trip. It's not 180 days + 10 to start at 190 days. It's 180 days and then you can book for 10 days.
