What is the PS phone number and what time can call? 7AM or 8AM PST?

I needed to adjust a PS time last week and I am pretty sure I called before 8 am (around 7:45 am). So, I think that they open at 7 am. But, even if you call at 8 am you should be fine. The CMs always seem surprised that I am making PS arrangements for weeks or months in advance and not just days before!
