PS over Easter week

I need to make PS asap but my sister is thinking about joining us for 3 days, but has not decided. If I make PS to include her and she does not end up coming, will they still seat us? If I call to change the number of people will I lose the PS if they are booked?

I would make the PS for the largest number you think will be coming.

I would not call to make changes - their system will only let you have a table if there is one that size BUT the restaurants adapt beautifully. When you check in just tell them how many you have and that the other party couldn't come.
