PS Office Open at What Time?

What time do they begin taking PSs? I need to call first thing tomorrow for my 90-out at CG. Do you think they'll let me make my Boma reservation for 12/13 at that time without having to call back on Sunday? Is this office even open for calls on Sundays?

It opens at 7 am Eastern time and is open 7 days a week. At the top of the page there is a whole thread about getting CRT for breakfast.

If 12/13 is 91 days out tomorrow they will not be able to make your Boma PS.
