PS for HDDR using MYW Dining?

I understand that you must pay for your meal in full when making a PS for HDDR. I am planning on going in August, and I will be on the MYW Dining Plan. I know I can use 2 table service options (per person) for HDDR.

Does anyone know if you can make a PS for HDDR, and just tell them you will be charging it against your MYW Dining plan instead of giving them a credit card number for payment?

Just about same question and several posters said yes you could do this.My concern would be if you cancel do you get your options back.Maybe another poster can give you more solid information.

You can make the ressie without having to pay for it if you tell them you are on the dining plan and want to use your options for it. I didn't know this and paid full price (they charge you when you reserve) and I had to call back to tell them that I was planning on using the dining options to pay. They took it off my statement, but it was a pain. Hope this helps!

We just did HDDR with MYW meal plan last week. When we booked our PS, we just told the CM that we were on the dining plan and they take a credit card number to hold the reservation. If you don't show up, it is charged. You have 48 hours to cancel.

When you get to HDDR, you go to the check in counter and your dining options are taken off your room card ( I think you can do this at Customer Service in your hotel as well).

BTW, we had a fantastic time!

We are also doing the Dining plan. I had Hubby make PS's for the Luau a few weeks ago. Whoever he spoke to didn't take a credit card # then but said that I needed to call back with one. I didn't think to do it until yesterday and was concerned that my PS might have been cancelled. They weren't. The CM I spoke to said that they still took the CC# in case of no shows but they wouldn't charge anything to it. HTH Rebecca
