PS at Kona for dessert?

Planning for a trip in October, my mom and I came up with an idea for a PS at Kona to eat dessert then watch the EWP (we would eat an easy dinner at OKW earlier). I made the ressie and got 7:50. THEN, I told my mom about quick & casual vouchers! Now, she's excited about those and we are considering a 2nd meal at Beaches instead of the Kona ressie. There is another night we are going to eat at SOG and then go visit WL and VWL and we could view the EWP from the WL dock instead.

I know this is a layered question, but do y'all have an opinion about whether we should drop this PS in favor of a 2nd meal at Beaches and where do you think the best spot is to view the Elect Water Parade

Would appreciate any and all comments/opinions offered!
