I would like to make PS at the California Grill for one of the nights we'll be there during MVMCP fireworks. What time should I make them??? We're going to the party the night before, but we've never eaten at the California Grill and thought it would be special to see the fireworks too. According to what I've read the fireworks are 9:30???
