PS at California Grill during Easter?

I am making my PS's this week for trip in April. Since I don't know when the fireworks are, what time should I make the PS for California Grill?

I suspect it will be busy...(HAH) so sitting down to eat could be delayed. And I'll be guessing on which night the fireworks happen, but just in case I guess right.

What is your experience?

You can look at the historical park hours and find out when they were last year. Although, they do make changes to the schedules, it should give you a pretty good idea. Easter Sunday was April 20th last year.

Well...Not sure if I will be right but, I just made a dinner PS for Easter at the California Grill for 7:30. We have 2 teens so later dining isn't a big deal for us. Hoping our timing is somewhat in the "ballpark." First time for us at the CG.
What do others think?
oh yeah - had to give cc # to make the PS because of the Holiday?! huh
