Pruludes snacks free?

I was reading the passporter and saw Preludes is under the "Shopping" area, last time i went, i never went to preludes, but since I heard what they sell now, i think i want to get some, but not if it costs me money! Does anyone know if you have to buy the snacks? or do they come with your cruise package?

These snacks unfortunately are not included, and are not cheap either. We went for it a few times..

NOT FREE, NOT CHEAP

If we felt we'd need a snack we just went to another area to get food, and brought it in. Cookies and/or fruit were good options for us (less mess). There are also drink holders in the arms of the seats. We brought drinks from the beverage station so we wouldn't be tempted by the smoothies. (Even made ice cream floats and brought them in to the movies or shows.)

I just couldn't justify paying for food when there was so much available.

This was one of the greatest difficulties with my children in limiting spending. We were at DW before the cruise (July) so bringing candy with me was not possible and, to my kids, vacation is candy and LOOK there it was (there are lots of individual things (like pushpops) at eye level (no glass case here)
Consider asking Scoops for toppings (they have M&Ms and other "candy") - bring those zip locs!

Just wanted to say that this past cruise we got baskets from Shirley at The Perfect Gift, and they were filled with candy, and some sodas that the cruise does not have, but mostly candy, and this was the reason.

We spent 20 -30 (can not remember) and has so much candy that we brought some home. This is a great alternative to Preludes....

If you need more info, there is lots on these boards about the perfect gift..

I agree this was a tough one to pass going into the theatre.

I wish they had fresh popcorn...that prepopped popcorn in a bag is YUCKY!!

I would pay money for real popcorn!
