This made me laugh, it is a great spinn off of the Mac PC adds. Hope it does the same for you. Can't wait until this election is past us and we can get back to productive commercials like the Flowbee.

Well we need all the airtime we can get in CA. The yes on 8 people have raised $26.8 million, and more recent estimates say as much as 77% of that is coming from supporters of the Church of LDS.

Unfortunately our supporters are pretty lukewarm about the whole thing.

Here's an interesting article about the pro-prop 8 people.

In summary, they have sent certified letters to businesses that made donations to the "No on 8" campaign demanding equal donations, or they will publish a list and accuse the business of being against traditional marriage. How can that not be considered extortion?

There were so many good ads for no on 8 on Youtube, and the faux Mac ones are clever, but I really thought the most compelling was Ellen's. It was just very non-threatening and to the point: that prop 8 destroys the hopes, joys, and dreams of people so in love, they are reading to devote their lives to each other.

However, if you look at my avatar, you might guess why else I loved Ellen's ad.

I meant, I haven't seen any commercials at all, about ANYthing for or against gay marriages. It's just not talked about on mainstream television here.

I live in Ca. and will be voting NO on prop 8...and the commercials used as scare tactic's are disgusting. All my friends will also be voting NO


Even my 11 and 14 y.o can see it is wrong for anyone to tell anyone who they can and can't marry...if they were old enough to vote they also would vote NO on prop 8.....
