Proofs?

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF YOU RECEIVE PROOFS OF ALL THE PICTURES TAKEN AT AN INTIMATE WEDDING? I REALIZE WE HAVE TO USE DPS FOR THE PHOTOGRAPHY. I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT THE PROOFS. THANX LOTS!

I'm pretty sure on the Custom with DPS you can buy a high definition CD of your proofs but this is usually some time after the wedding - not sure if this is the same for Intimates.

Hi Fairytalebride,
With an intimate wedding you receive 2 hours of photography services. From these pictures, you get 12 proofs inside a leather bound portfolio. I do not know if you are able to pick your own proofs or not. you also get a low resolution cd of these same 12 pictures. From what I understand, a low resolution cd means that you can only use these pictures to post them to a website or e-mail them. A low resolution cd will not let you print your own pictures. If I am incorrect about this someone please tell me. I was excited to see that the free cd was included in the package. This reduces the hassel of scaning the pictures and downlowding them to the computer. But I was also disappointed to see that the cd was only low resolution. I am not sure if you have the option of buying all the other proofs or not.

Greetings! We were told by the Disney photographer that they will take between 40-60 pictures during the ceremony and photo session.

Of those photos, THEY will choose the best 12 that will go into a tri-fold white leather album of 4x5's. You will also receive a CD of all 40-60 photos taken in low-resolution format. I'm not sure of the resolution though, but she mentioned that they are not good for printing, so it must be 640X480 or lower. Can anybody confirm the resolution of these photos?

Anyways you only receive these items 2-4 weeks later. But you can pay a small rush fee to have them ready in a few days while you are there on vacation. You can also get 4X6's of ALL photos taken for $225, but you have to confirm this before your actual ceremony. And you can purchase a high-res CD of ALL the photos taken for $1000. Or you can wait three years and get it for $99.
