Ok, so as we just returned from a recent 10 day excursion, we were reflecting on some of the great memories we made just last night. Yes, we definitely noticed some hiccups here and there, but nothing that was a trip ruiner for us. When I got home from work today, we had a box on our front porch. Upon opening the box, in it was my daughter's stuffed animal lobster that she got on our trip to Washington DC last year. My daughter brought a bevy of stuffed animals on our recent trip, and none of us had noticed that the lobster was left behind. In the box was a hand-written note from a cast member at Port Orleans Riverside, explaining that the lobster had tried to "hide" in the resort, and was found sunning by Ol' man swimming pool, riding a Surri bike, and playing a video game in the arcade. The most amazing part of all...They sent pictures of him doing all of these activities
also, there were Marti Gra beads, some plastic coins, and $5 Disney bucks in the box. Our whole family was floored. As I look back on my gripes about FP+ or dining not up to par, or ride issues, I overlooked the fact that in no other place would anyone have an experience like my family had opening that box today. Needless to say, that little bit of lost faith was fully restored today, and then some, by a kind cast member with a sense of humor and some Disney magic

Fast forward about a week...a package arrived with the blankie and a sweet note. We are forever grateful that they took the time to recover it and send it back to us.
