Promotions/discounts for June 2014?

I was wondering whether any promos or discounts were offered for June 2014? I know Disney does different offers from year to year, but is early June typically a time that might offer some sort of room discount? My first inclination is to say no, since it's a busy travel time. We got our quote for June 2015 and my sister is wondering what the chances are that a discount of some sort might be offered. They have AAA, so we're pricing through there as well as a TA. They're a bit tight on $$ so we're trying to decide what to do. We're staying at CBR, if that makes a difference.

We went in June 2013 and got a room only discount. I was looking at mousesavers.com historical rates there is usually a room only discount. I am hoping for one; we just booked for early June 2015 too!

Yes, June was covered. In January they released a discount that went up to 6/15 and then in March they had another discount that went for the rest of June until August. As usual there were most likely some black out dates and some resorts might have been excluded.

Most likely you'll have to wait until next year to know for certain, but historically there is usually something.

Debbie, thank you so much for that link! That will be interesting to take a look at. We were thinking of booking a package (room, PH tickets, dining). I'm hoping that if a similar code comes out, our TA would be able to apply it and we wouldn't have to give up doing the standard dining package?? Or is it an either/or type thing?

You can get a room discount with the full price dining plan. Free dining does not allow a room discount.
