I have 2 promotional 1 day tickets for Universal (received with MyCokeRewards). When I asked Universal customer service if it's possible to pay to upgrade these tickets to a 2 day ticket, I was told that it's up to the customer service manager on duty that day. Has anyone ever had a problem upgrading a promotional ticket?
