What started out as thoughts of a quick 2-day stop at Hojo's DL on our SD-SF road trip has morphed into a 5-day excursion to the GC that costs, oh, much more but is still a "deal".

I haven't visited the DL boards much since we returned last June but based on a quick review there have been a lot of changes in the past year. Kind of overwhelmed where to even start ... but very excited to do so!

Is there anything I should be aware of as I sketch my dining plans? Are MM days still the same? Is in room birthday cake delivery still a possibility at the GC? (Can you tell FOOD is my main priority here? :-) ) There's no calendar for June yet, correct?

Thanks!

Can't help you with your questions but I just wanted to say you will love 5 days at GC.....my favorite resort!!

That is what is known as the Disneyland Snowball Effect. :rotfl2: You start out with a quick trip and it "snowballs" into a bigger, longer, and more expensive trip! It happens to me everytime which is how I discovered this strange natural phenomenon of nature. :rotfl:

June calendar isn't up yet but MM are T and S days.

we were only gona do a 3day park 4nights but its 5day 6night now. an almost turned in to wdw (could still maybe but not likely)

Thank you for the info. I figured this is our last chance to stay at GC - DS turning three this year ...

I hope that on-site guests still get access to all MMs. But I do want to grumble about having to make PSs when I have no idea what the hours will be. I think there's a Grad Night on June 4, for example, we'll probably eat after the park closes but what time will that be?

You can still get all the MM if you stay onsite.

Someone posted a link to a place that had last years hours to get an idea, but I don't know where it is. I know the start of June is not quite on summer hours yet. They don't even have hours up for the last half of May yet. Someone here might know when the park closes for grad night.

FWIW, here's a link for the hours from last June:

Last year there was a Grad Night on Thursday, June 5, and DL closed at 9:00pm.

Also, since your 60-day window is close, Disney Dining might be able to confirm the hours.

HTH :earsboy:
