Promo's and Disney Redemption Card

We got an email stating to get a Disney Redemption Card and load with Dream dollars in order to take advantage of an offer coming up in a couple of weeks. Does anyone know what this is about? I wasn't going to get a card until closer to our trip (Sept). Is this something I should jump on and order? It should be related to Free dining, correct?

Unfortunately, I have no idea as well, but got the same message. I'm curious! I've used the reward dollars for our trips in the past, but I've never gotten an email about one coming up!

I got that email too but have since deleted it. I thought it said something about online shopping at the Disney Store????

It did specifically say that it was for a Disney Store offer. I'm guessing some sort of special discount when you use your points. I'm curious what the offer is though. It's probably just Disney's way to get us to spend our points sooner rather than later.

But like many others, I'm saving mine for our WDW trip in August

It's typically a 25% off Disney Store sale. Nothing at all trip related.

Would this typically include merchandise at the parks? We leave in a week and a half so we were redeeming our points anyway.
