Project 365 - Thursday, DECEMBER 31st!!!!

What did you take a picture of today??

Wow, last day! 365 days of taking at least one picture a day! I still can't believe that I have actually (almost) completed this project! Tonight we hope to go to our favorite Japanese restaurant and I will get a picture of all of us there.

I am still behind in getting pictures in the book but I have notes written about all the pictures - and just put an order in to Snapfish for 105 pictures.

I have also started the book for 2010 as I want it to look a bit more consistent in style. I have actually been using the cricut to make week and journal tags and I like the way they look. I also hope to keep up better with picture printing as it's a pain when you get behind.

Is anyone planing on doing this again in 2010? Is it worth it for me to post a daily post again??

Thanks so much for those of you who were with me this year as I really enjoyed it!

I really fell apart after Nov 15 -- not sure why. I think I can can go back and finish the book. I didn't use a lot of fillers before Nov 15, so I still have stock photos I can use like my house, street sign, some friends and neices and nephews etc. It is my number one priority after I get the holiday decorations away.

I just received an email that my new Becky Higgins kit has been shipped. I'll keep trying to get the photo of the day until I figure out what I am doing for the new yeAR.

Actually, I think I lost it after Nov 15 because I stopped posting everyday -- it did kind of keep me accountable. Thanks so much for your daily posts the past year. I am sure that I would have lost track long ago without them.

Maybe we can have a monthly post instead, or weekly.
I don't think a lot of people will be doing this next year, some are modifying to a 52 or 12 project.

I'm doing the Project 12 (my version).. I'm templating it today! I hope it works..

Maybe do a monthly one... just to keep us on track!

I've got to make my sign for the end of 365.. on the back it will say "good bye to 2009"... DH and the kids will be thrilled...

I have a few photos to grab today....but for the most part, I just need to print photos.. I've keep a good log..but this is definitely not something I'd want to do year after year!

Just want to hop on while it is still 2009 and say thanks to JESW for keeping me on track this year! It was a HUGE help to me and I really appreciate your dedication!!

I, for one, am grateful that this project is over. I MAY do a Project 12 for next year, but am still deciding. I need to finish printing my pictures and writing my journaling to complete for P365 book (and who knows when that might be), but I am fairly satisfied with how well I did keeping up with it. Like I said before, it may end up being a Project 355 because I did miss some days over the year, but overall I did well. Happy New Year all!........P

Thanks all for your posts and kind words!

The snow stopped and let us go out for dinner so my last photo for the year was taken by our waitress of the family at dinner at our favorite place - a local Japanese restaurant.

I will still continue with Project 365 in 2010 but won't post a daily reminder - but I may hitch on other threads for yearly projects to update progress.

Hope 2010 is a good year for everyone!
