Well now that I finally finished making my invitations it's time to move on to the programs.

Anyone have any ideas? Looking for something simple...since the invitations have wiped me out!

my programs were a6 card mouted on silver and pink (our colurs) and the white card was just printed with the info. so much easier than my invites

OK, this looks complicated, but it's basically just an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper folded like an accordian with a little edge left on one side for the names and date. You could make a really simple one in a word processing program and print it on nice paper.

how did you attach the ribbon to the program; glue?

I wrapped it over the edges and affixed it with tape on the back side! And then I glued those two sections together, which hid the tape.

I plan on doing mcikey head fans.... The most time consuming part seems to be cutting them out. I was originally doing just one page (front and back) but the printing seemed so close together when I put everything on it I wanted. IMO it looked cramped, I decided to try a multi page fan.good luck with your plans
here is a unfinished sample of multipage mickey head fan.I will fasten together with a star shaped brad(actually just fancy shaped brass fasteners)... I added scrapbook glitter to the outside of the fan cover....you can see alittle bit of the glitter on the second picture..

additional pages inside will have music selections, attendants etc with different background pictures....

this will be the last page....

the back side of the fan. The ribbon will either be blue and gold organza.....

Ok I changed mine about 5 times now..

These were the previous programs I did. I have since changed them AGAIN but I don't have a picture yet. I will be sure to post one. The only reason I changed them is (1) we have a new monogram and (2) I wanted some type of sage green paper to bring in another color other than pink.

All I used was 8 1/2 x 11 card stock, 8 1/2 x 11 vellum for the inside and ribbon. Very easy.
