I was reading that photographers come around during your meal and take pictures and then offer to sell them to you (not PhotoPass). I was wondering if anyone knew what the price is for this, or does it vary?

Thanks,

It's been 2 years since I was last at a character meal and believe the cost is fixed throughout the world.

As I recall, it was something like $10-$25 depending on how many pictures you wanted and if there was going to be a special photo frame or one their generic but nice paper frames.

Assuming that you will have kids with you or even if you don't, bring your own camera and have a field day. While you will not be able to have a character or photo person take pictures with your own camera, you might be surprised at how many guests seated nearby would be willing to shoot a few.

You’ll also find them at some dining locations, taking photos of guests in front of a sign or with a greeter character. These photos are for photo packages available later for purchase only (or included in the cost of dining at Cinderella’s Royal Table). You cannot have the photographer take photos using your card, but you will be free to use your own camera if you have one. Incidentally, if you dine at CRT or purchase the photo package, you can add it to your photopass account or product, but more about that later.

Guests who dine at Cinderella’s Royal Table or purchase a photo package at another of the dining locations where a photo package is offered are in for an additional treat – those photos can be added to PhotoPass and subsequently treated like any other PhotoPass photo as well. The main photo will have a PhotoPass ID number (should start with EVNT) and the guest can now claim those photos either at a PhotoPass service location or on their disneyphotopass.com account as if it were another PhotoPass card.

to expand on that in regards to your question, you won't find photographers INSIDE the restaurant.. and the photo package is around $27 I'd say, not 100% (except for CRT where it's 'free')
