Professional Internships and your record card

I was wondering if anyone knows how far back they look at your record card when applying for PI’s? I’ve heard of people with two reprimands getting a PI, but I’m not sure how common that is. I have two reprimands from my last program and I was wondering if that would ruin my chances completely?

If it's anything like internal transfers, I think they only look six months back. Not a PI, but I do know someone who self-termed a CP and got accepted again. Good luck with applying for an PI!
