Professional Internship WebCam Interview

Does anyone know how the second round PI webcam interview works? Do you have to have Skype installed on your computer? The email just says you need an internet connection and a webcam that works.

I'm assuming that they call you first then give you instructions on how to set up the webcam for the interview, but I'd really like to know what to expect.

Please help if you know how this works!
