Professional Family Portraits

Hello everyone! My family and I are interested in booking a professional photographer to take a photo of us - my treat. My kids aren't getting any younger!

So, what's the procedure? I'd like to do it now - for our trip in July. Hate to wait until the last minute to do ANYTHING! IT's the first grade teacher in me I guess.

So anyone here that's been there, done that - do you mind holding my hand through the process? I'd so appreciate it!

We also did this and LOVED the results. It is a bit pricey, but very comparable (IMO) to having them done professionally at home.

They will tell you that you get 12-24 photos. We got about 40, all ours to keep. When they mail you your proofs, they come in a leather portfolio, that is nice enough to display itself.

You are so sweet!.Thank you..I just found thread while doing a search. The portrait in my sig is a professional but not at WDW..it was taken back home in Alabama. I would love to have a professional done at WDW, but when I checked the prices....OUCH!...starting at $275.

We did this year and thought the pictures came out great. You can pick anywhere in WDW to have your pictures taken.
We picked the rose garden at the MK.
The price was $275.00, but worth it.

We had our family pictures taken professionally in '01 and we all were very pleased. Interestingly, all 5 branches of the family picked different pictures to get, and the assortment is wonderful. We were staying at the Dolphin and our shots are from that area.
