Process for Disneyworld job for Summer 2012?

My daughter is a college sophomore who is very interested in working for Disney (WDW) for the summer of 2012. Can someone please tell me the steps she needs to follow to initiate the process? I've read through these boards with her and she went to the online site and signed up for emails but that is it so far.

Technically she won't be able to do just the summer. The College Program is either 5 or 7 months.

Spring: January-May
Spring Advantage: January-August
Fall Advantage: May-January
Fall: August-January

The summer program is strictly for college program alumni so she will have to miss a semester of school regardless.
I know that may raise a red flag for you, but it is honestly worth it. I was very nervous about missing a semester of school, but it ended up being the best thing I ever did for myself. The skills you learn while at Disney are things you can't be taught in a classroom. It will give your daughter a chance to live away from home, have a full time job and get experience that you can't get anywhere else.

I am graduating in December, after switching my major twice, taking a semester off for the college program and only taking two summer classes (I'm only graduating a semester late)
